ANOMALY WORKOUT PROGRAM - 12 WEEKS - SILVER
This program is designed to assist in putting mass and muscle on the body. It's classified as an intermediate workout that will certainly get you sweating and feeling great. Anomaly is 4 workouts that are approximately 1.5 hours each, which allows for maximum recuperation.
This program requires gym equipment at a minimum.
Anomaly comes with:
- pdf guide with the workout and many helpful lifestyle tips so you can get the best gains and maintain them for the long term.
- a tracking sheet (which you will have to copy or build a copy on the side). This allows for massive accountability and no guessing as to what you need to do for each workout.
- 4 videos that teach exercise form for each day. Be confident you're doing the exercises the right way in order to achieve results faster!
- short ab workout videos to start building your midsection out!
- a Bod Damn Diet Guide which has tons of amazing tips! Learn how to eat healthier in order to feel better mentally and get results faster!
- video on how to warm up the shoulder joint before each workout - so you can remain chasing your physique goals with little setback!
- access to the base level BOD DAMN COMMUNITY (in beta testing stage) facebook group! See others results w various Bod Damn workouts and post your successes with the program.
